Right of Withdrawal for Customers in the European Union

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to submit your withdrawal request before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you exercise your right of withdrawal before your order has been processed and dispatched, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund using the original payment method.

If your order has already been dispatched, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal request. Returned products must be unopened, unused and in their original condition.

You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us.

Once the returned products have been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed using the original payment method.
