An Award-Winning deeply hydrating formula designed to help revive and repair dry and damaged hair, with Abyssinian Oil, Provitamin B5 and Quinoa Protein. Organic Marshmallow Extract, high in plant protein, aids to soothe a dry scalp whilst helping hair appear fuller. Organic Pomegranate Extract, rich in essential fatty acids, helps to revitalise dull strands, leaving hair smooth and shiny. Due to the lovely rich and thick consistency of this product, when purchasing a 250ml bottle the pump option is recommended for ease of use. The 500ml bottle comes with a pump as standard. A reusable pump can be purchased separately for the 1L bottle. All pumps are reusable and we ask that you please think of the environment when ordering and only purchase when necessary.

Abyssinian Oil is extracted from the Crambe Abyssinica seed. It contains an abundance of both Linoleic and Linolenic Acids. Linoleic Acid, an Omega 6 fatty acid, aids hair regeneration. Its light nature and its fatty acid chain profile make it highly resistant to heat, making it an excellent oil to use as a pre-hair straightener treatment or before blow dry, leaving your hair with bounce, shine and above all healthy.

Marshmallow Extract (Organic) is high in plant protein, helping to promote hair growth and shine whilst helping to heal split ends and soothe a dry scalp.

Pomegranate Extract (Organic) possesses enormous antioxidant activity and is rich in essential fatty acids, which helps to strengthen dull strands, leaving your hair with a healthy natural gloss.

Provitamin B5 is enriched with highly moisturising and softening properties, penetrating readily into the skin and hair. Provitamin B5 helps to provide moisture and shine to the hair, and reduces split ends. It also acts as an anti-inflammatory by stimulating the skin's healing processes.

Quinoa Protein from the super-grain, Quinoa, has a high protein content, providing exceptional skin hydration, skin softening and emollient properties. Quinoa Protein penetrates the hair shaft, working from inside to help strengthen and repair. It has a high mineral content to avoid the production of dandruff, helping to soothe the scalp, soften strands and detangle.

Benefits of Intensive Repair Conditioner

How to Apply

1. After shampooing, work the conditioner through your hair, paying special attention to the ends.

2. For oily hair, apply conditioner a few inches from the scalp and through to the ends of the strands.

3. Leave for 2-4 minutes allowing the beautiful, natural ingredients to nourish and hydrate your hair.

4. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

As with all personal care products, if irritation occurs, please discontinue use.

Haircare Tip – We are often in hurry when we have a shower and may not get to leave our conditioner on our hair for as long as we may like. By leaving your conditioner in for 2 - 4 minutes, you are allowing the ingredients to really work their magic and give your hair a deeper conditioning treatment.

Our Intensive Repair Conditioner has not been formulated specifically to treat psoriasis/dermatitis, but it does contain natural, gentle ingredients so it will not irritate the scalp. One of the ingredients our Intensive Repair Conditioner contains is Organic Marshmallow Extract, high in plant protein, which aids to soothe a dry scalp. It also contains Quinoa Protein which provides exceptional skin hydration and skin softening properties. It has a high mineral content to avoid the production of dandruff, helping to soothe the scalp.

Yes, it is! Curly Girl Method conditioners must not contain silicone, sulphates, mineral oils or harsh alcohols, which our products certainly do not! We’ve had excellent feedback from customers with both frizzy and curly hair.

Yes, our Intensive Repair Conditioner is highly effective but gentle, so won’t strip your hair of colour. It is perfectly safe to use on colour treated hair, and is ideal for repairing dry and damaged hair, caused by bleaching. It contains moisturising and nourishing ingredients including Provitamin B5 which is enriched with highly moisturising and softening properties, penetrating readily into the hair, providing moisture and shine to the hair.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE

The shampoo was great as it softened my hair. But your conditioner was garbage as it dried it out. I ended up going back to my Pantene conditioner for dry hair u buy from Cole’s to try & fix it. I won’t & never will be buying any more of your products no matter what they are ever again.

Hi Kathy, great to hear you enoyed our Intensive Repair Shampoo but sorry to hear you didn't feel the same about the Conditioner. When you left your review, we can see that you have only been trying the products for around 11 days. When switching products, especially to hair products that may contain different ingredients (to those you/your hair are used to) and do not contain Sulfates or Silicones, we recommend that you do persevere for a few weeks. Natural hair care products are not the same as many of the conventional products found in the supermarket, such as Pantene.

One of the most commonly used ingredients in traditional hair products, particularly conditioner, is Silicone. Silicone creates a shine and adds a slippery feeling to your hair. It can help smooth and straighten hair, and also gives it a soft, conditioned feel. This may sound great, but in actual fact Silicone, a cheap polymer made by a similar process to that of plastic and rubber, is a man-made chemical used as a sealant against water and air. It gives your hair the illusion of shine, but it’s an artificial shine created by the silicone that is coating your hair. A real, healthy shine comes from well-nourished and hydrated hair that is being treated from the inside out.

It can take time for the build up from traditional hair care products to be removed from your hair, and for the ingredients in our products to start to nourish and repair. We would definitley recommend continuing to use your conditioner for a bit longer to see they same positive results so many of our customers have experienced.
