PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept payment from most major Credit Cards, PayPal, Afterpay and direct deposit. Please note that your order cannot not be dispatched without payment received in full. Your order will be dispatched on receipt of payment.

Any order placed by you is, in effect, an offer by you to purchase a product for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified in this website at the time the order was placed.

RETURNS

We want you to feel confident, safe and satisfied with our products, which is why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to reach out to our team who will be able to assist with your concerns and offer a personalised skincare consultation to discover products better suited to your needs.

If you are still not satisfied, please call us on (08) 9249 9153 or send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your product, and we will organise a store credit, exchange or refund and provide you with a return authorisation and mailing information. You will be refunded the product price, excluding shipping, that you paid in full. Please note that delivery costs will only be refunded if the return is the result of our error.

Please note: Only items purchased on www.diannecaine.com.au may be accepted for return. If you purchased your Dianne Caine Australia product at one of our authorised retailers, please contact them for assistance.

Returned products must have at least 50% of the contents remaining.

Return shipping costs will not be covered by Dianne Caine Australia. If you are shipping an item more than $75, we recommend you use a shipping service with reliable tracking, or that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

If, when you receive your order, the product(s) are faulty or damaged, as per Australian Consumer Law, we will accept returns.  Please send an email to [email protected] within 7 days of you receiving your product(s), and we will provide a return authorisation and mailing information.

DELIVERY

Dianne Caine Australia uses Australia Post to send orders and all orders are tracked.  

Australia Post delivery times can be found on the Australia Post website. You can check on your parcel using the Tracking number sent with your fulfilment notice. 

If your parcel does not arrive within the Australia Post estimated timeframe, please contact us at [email protected]

Dianne Caine Australia is unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or delivery company strikes, etc.

Orders that are designated for international shipping outside of Australia may be subjected to taxes, customs duties, and other fees by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees. If the purchaser refuses a shipment, they are responsible for any import fees incurred, cost of returning the shipment, and the original shipping charges.

ORDERS

Incorrect Delivery address/ email address/phone number

In the event you have incorrectly entered information please email [email protected] as soon as possible to update information. As all orders and shipping labels are automated we can not guarantee that our online orders team will be able to intercept the order prior to it being dispatched.

Please ensure the correct post codes are entered and if you are in an office building, please add your company name to avoid your package being sent back to us.

Dianne Caine Australia will not be held responsible for incorrect details entered at the time of ordering online, including an incorrect delivery address.

Incorrect Product/s Ordered

In the event you have incorrectly ordered a product a please email [email protected] as soon as possible. If the order has not been fulfilled we may be able to update the products ordered.  The Customer will be responsible for any additional charges incurred as a result of a change to their order. We are unable to update any orders that have already been fulfilled.

Discount Code/ Self-Care Reward Code not applied

We will not be held responsible for a customer failing to input a discount code during any online order/and or promotion.

Incorrect, Missing or Faulty Products

Dianne Caine Australia is happy to replace any product that is incorrect, faulty or damaged, contact us upon receipt of your order. Please email our team at [email protected] with your order number in the subject line and include details of the fault, damage or missing item and photos of your order.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number in the subject line. Please note that we are unable to cancel your order once it has been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, you can utilize our returns process upon delivery.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured service to return the goods as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Fulfillment

Dianne Caine Australia agrees to fulfil online orders within seven (7) days of the order being placed. However, in most cases, your order will be fulfilled within two (2) working days. Dianne Caine Australia will send a notification to you, by email, when your order has been fulfilled.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRODUCT PRICING 

Prices of Dianne Caine Australia products and delivery and other related charges as displayed are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time. 

Australian orders: Tax (GST) is included in all orders within Australia on taxable items.

International Orders: Customs duties and importing charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient, if such charges are applicable in the country where your order is delivered.

The availability of products and services may change from time to time.

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

The purchaser agrees to use the purchased products only for their intended purpose and as per the instructions provided by Dianne Caine Australia. Any other use will cause the purchaser to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their use.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Although we try to keep the site as updated as possible, some information, descriptions, and photographs on our site may not always reflect the most recent correct information.

PRODUCT LIABILITY

The stability & nature of our products may be altered depending on storage conditions during transit, or when used in combination with other ingredients. Dianne Caine Australia cannot accept any liability in this regard.

PRODUCT LIFE

Our products have a shelf life of 2 years from date of production and 12 months after opening.

REACTIONS

Please note that individual responses to products can vary. As with any skincare product, we recommend consulting your doctor or dermatologist before purchasing if you have sensitive skin or allergies.  All our ingredients are listed for each product so please check the ingredient list prior to purchasing.

From time to time Dianne Caine Australia will offer Promotions.  Details regarding promotions will be made available on our website and in our newsletters.

Discount Codes:
1. Selected discount codes are single use only unless specified otherwise.

2. Only one discount code can be used per purchase.

3. Discount codes will not be valid after the expiry date/time and are stipulated as per terms and conditions of each discount code / sale. We reserve the right not to honour codes after their expiration date.

4. Discount codes cannot be applied during storewide sales, selected seasonal offers or selected products

5. Gift cards cannot be purchased or redeemed in conjunction with discount codes, and are excluded from storewide sales.

6. When using a discount code, please note the total of the order must reach the Free Shipping threshold after the discount code is applied to enable free shipping.

7. Gift card purchases are not counted towards Free Shipping eligibility. To receive Free Shipping, order total must meet minimum spend excluding any gift card purchases.

8. We will not be held responsible for a customer failing to input a discount code during any online order/and or promotion.

9. We reserve the right to change and/or void discount codes / sales at any time.
