If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to reach out to our team who will be able to assist with your concerns and offer a personalised skincare consultation to discover products better suited to your needs.
If you are still not satisfied, please call us on (08) 9249 9153 or send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your product, and we will organise a store credit, exchange or refund and provide you with a return authorisation and mailing information.
Please note: Only items purchased on www.diannecaine.com.au may be accepted for return. If you purchased your Dianne Caine Australia product at one of our authorised retailers, please contact them for assistance.
Returned products must have at least 50% of the contents remaining. Sample packs may not be returned, only full sized products.
Return shipping costs will not be covered by Dianne Caine Australia. If you are shipping an item more than $75, we recommend you use a shipping service with reliable tracking, or that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
If, when you receive your order, the product(s) are faulty or damaged, as per Australian Consumer Law, we will accept returns. Please send an email to [email protected] within 7 days of you receiving your product(s), and we will provide a return authorisation and mailing information.
