Dianne Caine Australia agrees to fulfil online orders within seven (7) days of the order being placed. However, in most cases, your order will be fulfilled within two (2) working days. Dianne Caine Australia will send a notification to you by email when your order has been fulfilled.


Local Customers

Dianne Caine Australia offers free pick up for local customers, from our office in Malaga. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection. 

Our office is open for order pick up Monday 9.30am to 2.30pm and Thursday 9.30am to 2.30pm.  


Shipping within Australia

Dianne Caine Australia uses Australia Post to send orders and all Standard and Express Post orders are tracked.

For orders under $99 a flat rate of $9.95 for Standard Shipping applies.

Upgrade to Express Shipping for $15.95.

Orders over $99.00

Free Standard Shipping applies to orders over $99.

Upgrade to Express Shipping for $5.95.

Orders over $350.00

Free Express Shipping applies to orders over $350. 

Sample Pack Orders

If you are ordering a Sample Pack shipping is $4.50 (untracked) for up to 2 sample packs.  More than 2 sample packs and the Standard shipping rates apply.


Delivery Times

Australia Post delivery times can be found on the Australia Post website. You can check on your parcel using the Tracking number sent with your fulfilment notice.

Dianne Caine Australia is unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or delivery company strikes, etc.


Dianne Caine Australia International Shipping

A flat rate standard shipping rate of $24.95 applies to all International orders.

International shipping is not included in our free shipping over $99 offer.

Orders that are designated for international shipping outside of Australia may be subjected to taxes, customs duties, and other fees by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees. If the purchaser refuses a shipment, they are responsible for any import fees incurred, cost of returning the shipment, and the original shipping charges.
